What to expect on the program

Based on one 35-lead dataset a month. Each month's list keeps aging, so by your first anniversary you hold 12 lists — one 12 months old, one 11 months old, and so on down to last month's.

Your lists keep selling as they age

A closing here means a home on your lists sold — not a deal you personally closed. Averages from county-recorded sales on the leads we audited; actual results vary by market, list size and follow-up.

Estimated totals apply the month-by-month sale rates measured on the leads we audited against county records to every one of the 883,314 homes delivered (April 2024 – October 2026), by each home's delivery date as of October 19, 2026, valued at the average sale price in its state; confirmed sales count as recorded. Estimates are not guarantees. How we count: a sale is the first arm's-length sale recorded at least 14 days after the list was delivered, from county records via BatchData. Family and trust transfers, foreclosure deeds and commercial parcels aren't counted. Totals include lists delivered as recently as October 2026, which have had little time to sell. Annual sale pace divides sales by the total time every home has been on a list. Program expectations apply each month's observed sale rate from all homes to one 35-lead list a month; the typical range is the middle 80% of likely outcomes. Typical time to sale is the median days from delivery to sale for sales in a home's first year. A recorded sale shows the home sold — not that our outreach caused it, or who represented the buyer or seller. Past results don't guarantee future sales. Data through August 31, 2026.
