Steve spent the majority of his career at Fidelity National Financial, where he spent decades building and leading sales organizations across the title and settlement industry. Along the way he became known for one thing above all: developing sales professionals who outperform their market.
He founded R.I.S.E., a training and development platform that reached thousands of real estate and title professionals, before launching The Revenue Firm in 2024 to bring that same playbook — recruiting, training, data, and accountability — directly to title companies, lenders, and brokerages.
